Rajasthan government approves 1,000 new police constable posts for 112/100 emergency service. Staff will be deployed across 500 mobile unit vehicles to strengthen emergency response operations in districts.
Under the approval, two police constables will be deployed on each mobile unit vehicle. The staff allocation will be provided to districts according to the number of vehicles allotted to them. Instructions have been issued to immediately allocate the approved posts to the concerned police stations and ensure smooth operation of the 112/100 mobile units.
The decision aims to enhance the operational capacity of the emergency response service, with 1,000 newly approved police constable positions specifically assigned for the 112/100 service. The deployment of personnel on 500 mobile unit vehicles will help in maintaining the availability and functioning of the service across different districts.
As per the directions, police stations concerned will receive the required staff allocation without delay so that the 112/100 mobile unit operations can begin or continue effectively.
